Blends by Orly is a line of 4 gluten free, dairy free, vegan, nut/corn free gluten free flours that are a perfect 1:1 replacement for wheat flour in any recipe. The different Blends are combinations of gluten free healthy grains that are custom blended to match different categories of baking and cooking.  Unlikewheat flour, when baking gluten free, there is no “one size fits all” solution without compromising taste and texture.  The baker needs a different gluten free flour blend for bread than one used for a cake, cookie or pie crust.The allpurpose flours or baking mixes that existed before Blends by Orly don't allowthe baker or cook to make a recipe that tastes like "the real thing."
